MANAGING LECTURERS’ PERFORMANCE BY USING STUDENT SATISFACTION SURVEY

Lecturers play a very significant role in education. Managing their performance can give good impacts to the quality of teaching processes and outcomes. There are actually many approaches manage performance. One worth considering is students’ feedback combined with marketing concept ‘customer satisfaction’ since students be considered customers. The student satisfaction too broad. It ranges from facilities lecturers. This paper focuses only on managing lecturer’s based towards what normally lecturer has done learning. data collected questionnaire provided for students. research expected map weakness strength areas four classifications: first, should improve because perceived by low level expectation high level; second, maintain or keep going at same time third, but think about weighting it also fourth, reduce emphasis if possible level. result shows that classifications managed well. Consequently, do planned evaluation action accordingly measurable manageable way.
